Terms and Conditions

  • Room charge is subject to 8% occupancy tax
  • Check in time is 3 pm, Check out time is 11 am next day.
  • An early arrival fee is applicable for check-in early than 3 pm, one night charge for check-in early than 8 am
  • Without pre-arranged, a late check out fee will be automatically applied after check-out time
  • Refundable security deposit, credit card payment is $100 per stay and cash payment is $200 per stay
  • Registered guests must be aged 21 or older
  • Pets are prohibited
  • Payment and terms at check-in/check-out, a valid ID and a valid credit card are required
  • Travel with minors, hotel is not responsible for the minor’s safety without guardian supervision
  • Accessibility or special needs, advance notice and subject to availability
  • Use of personal information, we use your information to accomplish our contractual obligations, fulfill your requests for a reservation, and to take steps in anticipation of those obligations.  In some jurisdictions we also need your information to comply with legal obligations to collect and maintain information about guests.  We also have a legitimate interest in analyzing trends and patterns among guests.  In rare circumstances in which we collect information about a guest’s health, that information is collected only for the purpose of accommodating a guest’s needs and is used for no other purpose.
